As a Postpaid customer, you pay your bill after you use the Digicel service. For help understanding the features of your Postpaid bill, please click here. To view and pay your bills in the My Digicel App, click here.
If your bill balance is higher than what you are accustomed to, the following factors should be considered:
Data Charges
Each Postpaid plan comes with data allotment. For example, the Postpaid Core Plan comes with 7GB of data.
If you are on a new Freedom Postpaid Plan, data overage will be blocked. This means once your data is exhausted, you will not incur any additional data charges. You will however have the option of purchasing a data add on. If you decide to, the cost of the data add on of your choice will be shown on your next bill.
International Charges
Calls made to international destinations are not covered under any of our Postpaid Plans. This means that international transactions will therefore be shown separately on your bill. You will be able to see the date/time calls were made, and the respective charges. In addition, our Postpaid Plans do not cover messages sent to international numbers.
Domestic Charges
These are transactions made outside your bundle allotment or once your bundle has been fully exhausted.
Roaming Charges
Once you are Roaming, you will incur charges for all outgoing calls and messages, incoming calls and data.
- If you are on a Roaming Bundle Plan, these rates will be reduced.
- Once your data bundle has been exhausted and you continue to utilize data, you will incur a charge.
- Once the Roaming Bundle has expired, calls, text messages and data will revert to the standard roaming rates. These transactions will be shown on your next bill.
If call divert is enabled on your device, ALL calls going to voicemail will be charged whether or not you are on a Roaming Bundle Plan.
